General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding document that defines the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and SALUPIL when purchasing goods in the online store.

Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

The agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer forms a shopping cart in the online store and makes a payment for the goods.

Protection of Buyer Data

All personal information provided by the Buyer is collected for the following purposes:

• To process the Buyer’s orders for goods or services.
• To resolve issues related to the delivery of goods.
• To fulfill other contractual obligations.
• To inform Buyers about store updates via email or phone, with their consent.

Buyer’s Rights

• The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in accordance with these Terms and the procedures set by the store.
• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement by notifying SALUPIL within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery.
• Returns are only applicable to individual consumers; additional return guarantees do not apply to legal entities.
• The right to return applies only if the product has not been damaged, altered, used, or opened, and the original packaging is intact.
• Buyers returning goods for personal reasons must cover all shipping costs.
• A purchase document must be provided with the returned item.
• The returned product must be securely packaged.
• A detailed return request must be submitted, including order number, date, product name, price, delivery date, and bank account details for refunds.
• The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the smooth return of the product.

Buyer’s Obligations

• The Buyer is obligated to pay for and accept the goods as specified in these Terms.
• The Buyer must ensure the confidentiality of login credentials and not share them with third parties.
• The Buyer must update their registration information if it changes.
• The Buyer must provide accurate delivery details when placing an order.

SALUPIL’s Rights

• SALUPIL reserves the right to limit or suspend the Buyer’s access to the online store if the Buyer disrupts the store’s stability, security, or violates obligations.
• SALUPIL may modify or discontinue services, or parts thereof, without prior notice to the Buyer.
• SALUPIL may cancel an order if payment is not received within 3 (three) working days of issuing the invoice.
• In case of discrepancies in order details, SALUPIL will contact the Buyer via the provided phone number. Delivery timelines will begin after contact is made.
• SALUPIL reserves the right to cancel an order if contact cannot be established with the Buyer within 2 (two) working days.
• Delivery timelines may be extended due to circumstances beyond SALUPIL’s control (e.g., supplier shortages or shipping delays). Buyers will be informed promptly via email or phone.
• SALUPIL is not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by delayed deliveries.
• If a product price is displayed incorrectly due to a system error, SALUPIL reserves the right to cancel the order and inform the Buyer.

SALUPIL’s Obligations

• SALUPIL is obligated to enable the Buyer to use the store’s services in accordance with these Terms.
• SALUPIL will deliver the ordered and paid-for goods to the Buyer’s specified address.
• If SALUPIL cannot deliver the ordered product due to unforeseen circumstances, it will offer a similar or equivalent product. If the Buyer declines, SALUPIL will refund the payment within 7 (seven) working days.

Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
All disputes arising from the implementation of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
