Return and Exchange Policy

If a product purchased from the SALUPIL online store does not meet your expectations or you simply changed your mind, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement and return or exchange the product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

When returning or exchanging a product, the following conditions must be met:

• You may exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase agreement and return or exchange a product only if the product has not been damaged, its original appearance has not significantly changed, it has not been used, the packaging and its seals are intact, and original labels have not been removed.
• The right to withdraw from the purchase agreement does not apply to gift cards.
• The right to withdraw from the purchase agreement does not apply to legal entities, i.e., buyers purchasing products for non-personal use.
• The returned or exchanged product must be packed in appropriate shipping packaging that protects it from damage during transportation. SALUPIL is not responsible for any damage incurred during the return process.
• Please include a completed return form in the package. You can request this form by contacting us via email at info@salupil.com.

IMPORTANT:

Upon receiving your package, please inspect it carefully. If you notice damage to the package, missing items, or other discrepancies upon delivery, please contact us immediately through one of the following methods:

• Send us a direct message on Facebook or Instagram.
• Contact us via email at info@salupil.com.

Reports regarding defects, missing items, or damaged shipments must be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than 3 days after receiving the goods.

The cost of returning or exchanging products is covered by the buyer, except in cases where a manufacturing defect is identified.

Please note that certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, as specified in points 15 and 17 of the Lithuanian "Retail Trade Rules" (e.g., food products, underwear, and socks of appropriate quality are not eligible for return or exchange).
