and recovery gun provides a type of percussive massage (constant
movements) that boosts relaxation and muscle

Cleansing and
drying the skin before use is recommended, as well as a maximum daily use of 15
minutes on each muscle group. To increase the pressure intensity, simply add
more pressure with the massage gun
on the muscle and the device sensor will automatically activate this option.
